How It Is is a book of enlightenment. It describes, in plain language, what is going on in the universe.

It begins when the Creator (Allah, God, Yahweh, etc.) first came to consciousness. It describes who and what this being is, as well as how and why the universe came into existence.

Discussions follow concerning biological and spiritual life forms. There is an overview of behavior, as well as righteousness and sin. Included are thoughts concerning the five senses and telepathy.

As proof for what is written, the saints are introduced to the world. Many of these individuals suffer from supposed neurological disorders; including, migraine, cluster, and tension-type headaches, as well as Tourette's syndrome, schizophrenia, fibromyalgia, restless leg syndrome, epilepsy, and others. Included in the discussion of the saints is a list of actions needed to recognize the cause of their maladies, as well as what to do about them.

Finally, having gained the aforementioned knowledge, the reader becomes aware of his or her own telepathic ability; hence, gaining the knowledge of God's existence.
